Exchange policy


Exchanges
Our main objective is that you are happy with your purchase, therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept the exchange of an unworn item within 5 days of the delivery date for domestic orders and 14 days of the delivery date for international orders.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return the item you would like to exchange, you should send us an email at support@goldazzle.com & we will contact you soon after in order to provide you with the proper shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Goldazzle team carefully reviews each product before it is shipped, but if a defective or damaged product arrives, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and we will send you a new one as soon as possible.

Kindly note that a customized item cannot be exchanged.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. 

Refunds
No refund policy/cancellation policy is accepted.
